Compile as in PROTON-2145, that means
{noformat}
mkdir _build
cd _build
cmake .. -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr/local\
-DSYSINSTALL_BINDINGS=ON\
-DBUILD_STATIC_LIBS=ON\
-DBUILD_TESTING=OFF\
-DBUILD_WITH_CXX=ON\
-DENABLE_FUZZ_TESTING=OFF\
-DFUZZ_REGRESSION_TESTS=OFF
make -j4
make install
{noformat}
When I don't have {{python3-distutils}} installed, I get
{noformat}
-- Could NOT find Doxygen (missing: DOXYGEN_EXECUTABLE)
