They did, then 360, then much later 600. I'd guess adding more slow tests to an
existing already-slow test class made it hit the 360 or something in CI and it
was decided to raise it so high it didnt trip erroneously. Not sure as the
change doesn't say. It does largely nullify its usefulness either way though.
