Fix For: proton-c-0.32.0
Running the same test case from PROTON-2239 on the epoll proactor in master
results in the opposite problem. Instead of occasional double frees, in this
case the cleanup process stalls waiting for a pending timeout. Memory is not
reclaimed and file descriptors are not closed.
