Why only master? Its typical to use non-master branches while raising PRs, and
this should ideally be run during development on peoples forks?
"c-cpp.yml" seems an odd filname for a workflow thats clearly doing Python
stuff too. Something more descriptive/generic like "build" seems appropriate
for an overall main build workflow.
