The clang job in the Dispatch build now fails, seems it may not like the new

(Or at least, the same router code built fine in
[https://travis-ci.org/github/apache/qpid-dispatch/builds/717382940] with
slightly older proton master, and doesnt build now with new proton master
containing the above change.)
