DISPATCH-1766: Remove stale code processing 'listener trustedCertsFile'
This attribute is in the schema but it has been replaced with
'sslProfile caCertFile'.
* Deprecate 'listener trustedCertsFile' in schema.
* If the attribute is set then print a warning that the setting
has no effect.
This closes #840
