The router does not compile without libnghttp2. There are two options; either
make it an optional feature, or fully acknowledge the new hard dependency:
build script and CI configs should be updated.
According to the current README and the source, it looks like libnghttp2 is
meant to be a required dependency. It would be possible to make it optional,
but so far that was not the intention, as far as I can tell.
Always requiring libnghttp2 might be a problem on CentOS/RHEL 6.
