Lisa Hong commented on QPID-8496:
---------------------------------

Hi [~orudyy]  [~robbie],

Thanks both for the help! I've enabled the log on proton client side and it
seems there's some clue. It's weird that I cannot reproduce the "unknown QBB
implementation" error with log on, but it will never send subsequent message
when "more=true" transfer is meet. (If I disable the log, I can randomly
reproduce the error.) I've attached the client log 'proton.log'.  So could the
"more=true" be the root cause? If that's the case, how can we avoid it?

Thank you guys very much!

Lisa

> Hi team,
> I'm running qpid java broker with modelVersion8.0. And the client is
> qpid-proton with python. Unfortunately, my producer will randomly hit this
> "unknown QBB implementation" error thus failing with on_connection_error.
> Could you please help to advice what could be the root cause? The error call
> stack could be found from attachment.
> I'm suspending some null buffer is provided for this
> QpidByteBufferFactory.concatenate method. But I have no idea why it could
> happen. Would you please help to figure out? Thank you so much!
> Regards,
> Lisa
