Resolution: Invalid
This issue is no longer valid. Dispatch supports Python 3 since version 1.2.0
(DISPATCH-965). The CMakeLists follows the recommendations needed to pick the
same version of interpreter and libraries.
Picking Python 3 is actually preferable nowadays in 2021, IMO.
Please reopen if you disagree.
