Ernest Allen resolved DISPATCH-2097.

Resolution: Fixed
- Reproduced problem with attached zip files.
- Applied [~chug]'s fix.
- Modified console to ignore connections with 'qd.adaptor' defined
- Built and restarted routers
- The problem no longer happens.
