Description: The virtual host {{#TargetSize}} is used to trigger flow to
disk, when direct memory utilization reaches {{#TargetSize}}. In order to
improve Broker-J direct memory usage monitoring, the {{#TargetSize}} needs to
be exposed as point in time statistics. (was: The virtual host
