I'll volunteer to migrate the wiki. Since we don't have a wiki at Apache, I will likely just create markdown documents that I can contribute to the documentation repository, once it is migrated. I don't think we should try to migrate the web site directly. Last I saw, Kathey is working on a new web site at Apache that we can contribute to. I know there are a few images on the Github web site that we may not be able to use at Apache. I can help work through what can and cannot be moved once we have a basic web site in place.
