I'm not sure about all the components, but I'd like to have one that is for the
console.

Right now I am the only administrator. Would a committer like to
volunteer as administrator?
Please create a Jira account if you don't have one already. Tomorrow I
will look for all known committers and contributors and add them to
Jira. If you need access sooner or I miss you please send a note to the
dev list with your request to be added after you create an account.
Also I need to setup components and our initial version. What will
those be?
