I wonder if we could just point to existing documentation on how to install and
setup kafka/mosquitto, rather than duplicate content. There are surely better
places where people can figure this out than Quarks, including FAQs etc.
Then have documentation focused on how to run Quarks tests against
Kafka/Mosquitto.
