[QUARKS-28] updated README.md and build.sh script for publishing website
Please review and if they look good commit the updated README.md file and
build.sh for publishing the website. The orphan asf-site branch is not
created yet and gitpubsub not active so I couldn't really test this. Hopefully
this provides a starting point but may need to be tweaked.
To create the asf-site branch I think a committer needs to:
git checkout --orphan asf-site
git rm -rf .
git commit -m "Create orphan asf-site branch for web site"
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/kmarsden/incubator-quarks-website
publish-web-quarks-28
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/incubator-quarks-website/pull/5.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
