Kathy, are you thinking of using a in-person meet up? or are you thinking of hosting a web conference?
I have also investigated on how to use Google Hangout On Air to host the conference. IBM tools has a limit of 75 viewers, while Google Hangout on Air has no limit on how many user can view. With Google Hangout On Air, the presentation will be automatically recorded and published on Youtube. Is this something we are also interested in? Thanks...
