There seems to be a problem with the doc navigation in the pull request for
this issue.

if I try to use the left side navigation, I get page not found and in the
console get errors like:
[2016-03-17 14:22:09] ERROR `/mydoc/samples.html' not found.
So there must be some mydoc reference still.
