Summary: need to avoid generated tag colorings close to the
untagged coloring

Some of the generated stream tag colorings are close in color to the (light
grey) untagged stream coloring, making it difficult to locate the stream in the
flow graph.
See the outgoing stream from oplet 25 as well as the tags table entry for
"periodicLastOutsideRangeEvent.pressureRelieved".
