The community page has a link to archives for the mailing lists but they are
not the apache archives:
http://quarks.incubator.apache.org/docs/community
I think it's fine to have additional archives lists but at a minimum it should
have the apache ones.
http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/incubator-quarks-dev/
Different archives have different UIs, I like the breakdown by month of the
apache ones, the mail-archives seem like they might be hard to use once there
are many messages.
Once markmail picks up Quarks it would be good to add as well.
