Hmm... Failures: 1 that time.  The non-SSL public server test passed this time 
(2sec runtime).  The SSL pubic server test gave up after 5sec. 
I just delivered pr #44 which will skip these test cases if we can't connect to 
the public server.
Lets see if that helps in your env.  When you get a chance pls pull and retry.
