[QUARKS-16] Add recipe for combining_streams_processing_results
Recipe 5. Splitting a Stream to Apply Different Processing and Combining
the Results into a Single Stream
- Demonstrates the use of `split` and `union`
- Based off of the sample
`quarks.samples.topology.CombiningStreamsProcessingResults`
