We are missing some conceptual overview information.

add definitions (or links to definitions) for oplet and stream tag and
somewhere explain the relationship between TStream method calls and oplets.

This level of detail doesn't belong in the Getting Started with Quarks
document, but it does need a home. Opening this issue to track.
