@kathyssaunders Thank you for detailed review :)
I think "the first and most prominent" name should be "Apache Quarks" or
"Apache Quarks(incubating)" but other wording in text can use just a simple
"Quarks"
So, it's better to replace quarks text(Version 0.3.0) on leftside to Apache
Quarks or add a prominent print than change almost wording
Please correct me if Im wrong. I'm not familiar Apache rules.
