Moved Getting Started Guide link
Getting Started guide link wasn't under the Getting Started dropdown at
the top.
Didn't want to create a whole new branch and issue for this, so using
QUARKS-109.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/Alex-Cook4/incubator-quarks-website QUARKS-109
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
