Quarks shows up in the list on the Apache Projects directory page [1] however
it doesn’t show in the “By Category”, “By Programming Language”, or “By Number
of Committers” page links there.
Other incubator projects do show up in those. Maybe its due to the content of
the quarks page [2]? See [3] for an example with more content.
