Description:
The width of a FanOut's output streams should be the same as the input stream.
In the to-be-attached image, oplet 14 is a FanOut.
Presumably the intent, since the DevelopmentProvider doesn't just add the
metrics oplets to fanout outputs, is that the Console needs to special case
these streams.
