Hi, Re Anemone and trademarks.
Trademarks exist for diet supplements, beauty products, perfumes, fish shop, letterpress, handmade paper flowers and soft toy. Not all are “live”. So it looks like there would be no trademark confusion here [1]. A google search for ”+anemone +software" gives only 28 hits! There are however several github repo with the name [3] The most active/popular being a web spider framework. [4] Other google search found mini storage / camping / marina software [5][6] and a few games and screen savers. So other than web sider framework there’s actually very little in the same space and no potential trademarks issues that I could find.
