Also, unlike the ant build, I think we should place all the jars together in
each distribution folder (e.g. `build/distributions/java8`). Since the jars
have unique names (e.g. `quarks.api.topology`) we don't also need a folder
named quarks/api/topology in the distribution folder to hold the jar. Having
this more simplified structure will simplify the manifest Class-Path header
values.
