Dale LaBossiere commented on QUARKS-207:
----------------------------------------
Additionally, once connected, only another event publish induces a reconnect.
A workaround for both cases has been to publish a "heartbeat" such as that used
by IotfSensors sample app. The heartbeat immediately induces a connection to
be made and it also ensures reconnection attempts occur in a timely fashion.
> Iotf connect does not receive commands when only subscribing to commands.

> When only subscribing to commands or no events are sent then no commands are
> received as the connection is never made.
> If an event is sent then the connection is made and commands will be received.
