QUARKS-201 added table for metrics info and addl accessibility stuff
Modified/added the following to the quarks console:
* Modified the job state tooltip image and formatting. Added keyboard
support for opening, tabbing through and closing the tooltip.
* Added keyboard support for opening, tabbing through and closing the
window opened when "View all oplet properties' is chosen.
* Added a new tooltip to view all available metrics in a table, also adding
keyboard support for opening, tabbing through and closing the tooltip.
* Further added some accessibility / keyboard and screen reader support for
the console
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/home4slc/incubator-quarks quarks-201-metrics
