Seems like something's up with test.mosquitto.org's SSL port. Constantly
getting a "Connection refused" from travis-ci as well as from my mac. The
test.mosquitto.org browser url also isn't working.
testSsl() works fine w/MqttStreamsTestManual against my local mosquitto server.
Until we figure out what's going on, I'm disabling MqttOpenTest.testSsl()
