@jianqiao Please submit another PR to fix `iwyu` issues for all the files
touched by this PR, including adding `<cstddef>` in
`query_execution/QueryExecutionTypedefs.hpp`, and removing `<tuple>` in both
`query_execution/PolicyEnforcerBase.hpp` and
`query_execution/ForemanSingleNode.cpp`. Thanks!
