Added HDFS Support For TextScanWorkOrder. Assigned to @jianqiao. This PR allows to bulk load files to HDFS used in the distributed version. It also fixed the file pointer leak when an read exception throws. Note that we need to read twice for a row, if the row spans in two HDFS blocks. Otherwise, it is faulty, and affect the correctness of the query result.
