It follows that creating a vote email template is good practice and makes releasing less painful. link: https://www.mail-archive.com/dev@quickstep.incubator.apache.org/msg02034.html Harshad also found a strange bug that effected builds where cmake was not instructed for which build type to use. In light of this, there is a short PR to fix the issue. We will submit another release candidate once the related PRs are merged.
