Added dockerfile for release testing
Many people have asked for the dockerfile I've been using to test the
release. In light of this, I'll add it to the main repo.
I updated the documentation to give a quick example of usage.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/cramja/incubator-quickstep
adds-release-dockerfile
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/incubator-quickstep/pull/207.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
