I tried to submit a bug via the website and I got an error page. with-input-from-file: cannot open input file: "/www/cgi-bin/bug-report-captcha" (No such file or directory; errno=2)
And the original bug is probably related: The link to query existing bug reports on the bugs.racket-lang.org links to bugs.plt-scheme.org/query.
