The #:info and #:language-info options in the syntax/module-reader
language unhygienically bind two names -- language-module and
language-data -- in their arguments (and are documented as doing so).
Why?  I can't see what is gained by ditching hygiene here.  Those
names could just as easily be provided by the user, or bound as syntax
parameters.
