`require-for-syntax' etc, right?

Also, does `provide' work fine in a `begin-for-syntax'?

Assuming that it is, it could have been nice to have it called just
`for-syntax', since

  (for-syntax (require foo))

becomes equivalent to

  (require (for-syntax foo))
