Does "Debug Syntax" not work for the macro stepper? I'd call it that and
switch it with the debugger. Then we'd have (left to right):
Check Syntax
Debug Syntax
Debug [Program]
Run [Program]
Stop [Program]
My 10th-grade English teacher wouldn't complain about a lack of
parallelism anymore, either. :)
