Suggestions made here are conflicting with suggestions made in reference thread
2 above. For example, thread 2 suggests Font Awesome and json2.js belong in
NOTICE whereas thread 3 suggests they should belong in LICENSE.

Regarding threads 4 and 5 (JSON license becoming category X), there is no
immediate solution for the currently planned releases (0.6.3 and 0.7.0).
