A v2 glossary is proposed in ATLAS-1410
The atlas ranger plugin should be updated to support access control of the new
glossary support once/if this atlas change is completed similarly (or indeed
improved over) to the v1 term/taxonomy support.
Will add more details as v2 glossary evolves.
