corresponding changes in the other dependent modules like security-admin. Also
mde minor changes to exclude spring dependency as part of atlas package

1. Tested ranger authentication with AD users and corresponding search filters.
2. Tested ranger kms functionality like encrypt and decrypt keys for regressions
