Summary: The user is easy to configure the wrong format's data for 'YARN
REST URL' property when adding a new yarn service. It will cause testconnection
fail. (was: When config 'YARN REST URL' property in yarn service, it causes
errors easily due to users don't know the configuration rules of 'YARN REST
URL'.)
