Consult a question for the Ranger admin and the KMS.

The $LOGFILES property is not actually used at all in the Ranger admin setup.sh 
and the KMS setup.sh. Do we know what $LOGFILES is meant to do, and why we have 
both $LOGFILE and $LOGFILES?
