Description: We must open kerberos or configure the solr basic
authentication when using solr plugin in ranger. So the kerberos or solr basic
authentication must be opened if user used solr plugin. Actually user hope that
the kerberos and solr basic authentication were not opened. We should support
this requirement. (was: We must open kerberos when using solr plugin in
ranger. So the kerberos must be opened if user used solr plugin. Actually user
hope that the kerberos was not opened when they used other plugins. We should
support solr plugin in ranger when kerberos was not opened.)
