This patch adds GaianClient, GaianConnectionMgr, GaianResourceMgr, which take
care of GaianDB connection and getting resources from GaianDB. Currently it is
initial code, needs more testing and polish.
And currently by running addGaianService.sh, the GaianDB plugin can be
registered successfully and shown on Ranger Admin UI
