Fix For: 1.1.0
Include protobuf-java.jar to Ranger Kafka plugin dependencies. This is need for
Ranger audit to work correct in the node when Kafka Manager app is installed.
In this case, issue being the protobuf-java.jar not fetched from the
hadoop-hdfs-client/lib/ as it won't be present.
