Testing
-------
1. Tested full build without providing any new maven build option. Default is
to make full build.
2. Tested building some individual plugins by providing corresponding profile
name option to maven command.
3. Compared the tar/zip files generated with full build option to the ones
generated by indivaidual profiles and verified the sizes and contents.
