ranger-1.x branch.
Also added explicit dependency to netty jar in security-admin module (instead
of transitive dependency from hadoop-mapreduce-client-core) for to keep the
netty version same across modules in ranger.

Testing
-------
1. Verified same version of netty jar is packaged in security-admin and ranger
kms modules.
2. Patched a cluster with new netty jar files and performed basic testing of
ranger admin and kms functionality.
