Ranger supports configuring python command in install.properties, but steup.sh 
has hard-coded ‘python’.(security-admin/scripts/setup.sh, kms/scripts/setup.sh)

Replace hard-coded 'python' with '${PYTHON_COMMAND_INVOKER}'
